Before starting her training program with Burge Fitness, Alison wasn't so sure at first if this attempt at getting in better shape would actually work for her this time. Well, it has worked! Ryan has been a personal trainer in Winston-Salem for 8 years. After 5 years of working in big gyms, Ryan realized his passion for putting the client first was being stifled by the mentality where money seemed to come first. It was more about making sure the client resigned for more sessions than making sure they are a valued client. However, there is always hope! In 2015, Ryan decided enough was enough- taking a huge leap of faith he started Burge Fitness. The mission of Burge Fitness is to bring fitness to your location, encourage you to your individualized success and build lasting healthy habits.
